At Lootnixx, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make things right.

1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product received is incorrect or damaged.
  • A clear video of the parcel opening showing the product and packaging must be provided.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Record a Video: Immediately upon receiving your parcel, record a video showing the packaging and the product. This video must clearly display the condition of the product and packaging.

  2. Contact Us: Email us at support@brajstore.in with the following information:

    • Order number
    • A description of the issue (wrong item or damaged)
    • The video proof of the parcel opening
    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
  3. Return Instructions: Once we review your request and video proof, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping

  • For Wrong Items: Lootnixx will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Damaged Items: If the damage occurred during shipping, Lootnixx will cover the return shipping costs. If the damage is due to misuse or other factors, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned product.

5. Replacement Option

  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please let us know in your initial contact. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, such as perishable goods or personalized items. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
